Return and Refund Policy
Unsatisfied Return Policy, Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Order Return Policy:
- Initial Inquiry:
- Include your name, email address, physical address, order ID, the items to return/replace, and the reason.
- Review Process:
- Allow 1-3 business days for review. Qualified returns/replacements will receive instructions.
- Refund Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days from purchase.
- Customer covers shipping costs unless it is a wrong order.
- Include the original order ID in the return shipment for identification.
- Refund Timeline:
- Refund issued within 5-15 working days upon receipt, inspection, and approval.
- Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the wrong order was sent.
- Refunds are made to the original mode of payment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
- Contact info@hhhtrading.in within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligible for a replacement or refund.
Merchandise Return Policy (Non-Coffee/Tea/Beverages):
- Contact within 14 days if unsatisfied.
- Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds exclude any discounts or promotional codes used during purchase.
